I am drawn to Wayapa® Wuurrk because it is a combination of mind, body, spirit and Earth which encourages us to not only live regeneratively and in harmony with the planet, but also to connect with cultural stories – our own and as well as others.
It is a beautiful blend of meditation, movement and a way of living.
Practising Wayapa® encourages us to become custodians of the earth, to consciously choose to make a positive impact on our planet and make changes, small or large, to the way we live each and every day. Wayapa® invites us to draw on the wealth of indigenous knowledge, in particular Aboriginal stories and culture. But it also acknowledges that together we have much to learn from our wisdom, stories, memory and culture.
As a Wayapa® Practioner, I believe there has never been a better time for business and organisations to align their beliefs, values and actions to adopt regenerative strategies and practices and cultivate a stronger workplace wellness culture.
Our world depends on the decisions and actions leaders, and their teams, make today.
So what’s important to you? I am interested to hear.
When not running Wayapa workshops, the other hats I wear include:
- Mastermind Facilitator for change-makers & founders who care about the impact their business makes – socially and environmentally
