In 2021 I stepped away from my 27 year corporate career as a high performing EA to CEO and Chairs. I now work with executives and their assistants on cultivating a positive growth mindset, on supporting wellbeing and professional development.
In one high pressure role I experienced a physical illness related to work stress. I know only too well the negative impact corporate life can have on our mental and physical health when we don’t prioritise our wellbeing , maintain balance and set healthy boundaries.
This is what drives my passion for sharing the magic of Wayapa with stressed corporate humans.
Wayapa is an incredibly efficient and profound way to reconnect to self, the beauty of our planet as well as helping to anchor the mind in the present moment. When we create space to do this we experience higher productivity, creativity, elevated mood and enter a more positive state of being.
The result in a corporate environment is happier employees, a reduction in absences due to work related stress and an uplift in productivity. It’s also a beautiful bonding experience for teams and opens the channels for conversations about wellbeing.
Blessed to live on Bunurong land, I work with clients both on the Mornington Peninsula and in Melbourne in person and over Zoom remotely.
I hold Yoga Alliance certifications in yoga philosophy, the energetic body (chakras and their application), breathwork and meditation (yoga nidra, kriya, mantra, visualisation).
I also offer early learning incursions with onsite or Zoom Wayapa practices.
When I’m not working I spend as much time as possible in nature, on my stand up paddle board and I love reading and traveling.
