Searching for meaningful Connection with Nature started so long ago for me I can’t truly remember exactly ‘when!’ Life before Wayapa felt like something was missing & when Wayapa found me I knew I had to share it as widely as possible.
On 7th December 2022 artist Mark Lumley (Wiradjuri, Yorta, Yorta) presented me with this Wonderful Wayapa Message Stick during a trip to London.
I’m honoured & humbled to be the custodian of Wayapa Wuurrk here on our European continentlands & we respectfully wish to Thank Uncle Glenn & Uncle Shane, for approving our Pachamama logo.
4 Pachamama CIC is proud to be the home of Wayapa Wuurrk here and look forward to sharing this Internationally accredited movement and Mindfulness practice as widely as possible.
‘What we do matters!’ As an Occupational Therapist & Wayapa Wuurrker I can appreciate our occupations are more than 90% of the challenge we face achieving climate justice!
John Grant (Sheffield Hallam University) points out many systems exist supporting this complex weave of activities & occupations that are causing Mother Earth’s dis-ease but collectively we can create her holistic recovery and ours! Regenerative living as Nature with Nature is possible. The key is meaningful Nature Connection!
“Thank you for introducing me to Wayapa Wuurrk explaining how the practice connects with the wonder of nature & demonstrating the physical movement routine. Your passion for Wayapa came across in your story telling, which allows celebration of the Natural World. The movement routine incorporates gentle functional movement suitable for all ages & abilities. Repeating the moves regularly will enhance physical health & I found focusing on your narrative & the exercises promoted mental relaxation. I believe that Wayapa is a beneficial holistic practice & would have no hesitation recommending others try the practice & learn about the Wayapa philosophy & it’s origins in Australia. Wishing you success in spreading Wayapa & Wellbeing to newcomers.” Linda Taylor (retired Physiotherapist)
My Wayapa Journey has shown me EARTH PROTECTION = NATURE CONNECTION & has reignited my HOPE that Together we can Be the Change Our Earth requires of us to achieve Climate & Social Justice.

“Such an uplifting mindset for connecting with Nature, and so easy to fit into your daily practice for bringing yourself back down to Earth. Ideal for taking a step back when your mind’s super busy!!” Helen Fischer (We Are Carbon).
