Wayapa(R)– Earth Mind Body Spirit Wellness, Aboriginal Way
Created by Jamie Thomas, the practice of Wayapa combines mindfulness, traditional Aboriginal movements and a narrative meditation in a series of 14 elements to teach participants the importance of connecting into the earth and nature for holistic wellness.
The classes will be run by Rowena Price a Yorta Yorta/ Palawa woman who is an accredited Wayapa practitioner. Wayapa is for everyone.
