Shop Orders (Tshirts & DVD)
Your order has arrived damaged, faulty and you’re not happy with the product – what do you do?
If, by chance your order arrives in an unacceptable fashion – please let us know immediately! Photos are always really helpful to gauge what the exact issue is so we can take the appropriate action, and we will happily accept returns based on damage or faulty products – you will need to send your parcel back to the address below and once we have confirmed the return, and we will resend your order asap: C/- PO Box 1007, Bacchus Marsh, Vic, Aust, 3340.
We cannot refund products because you have changed your mind.
We require a minimum of 72 hours notice to re-schedule a Wayapa® Workshop that has been booked and confirmed by email, otherwise the client will be invoiced for 50% of the total cost quoted if the workshop cannot be re-scheduled.
6 Week Wayapa® Introductory Course – live event
There is no refund once a participant has booked and paid for the 6 Week Wayapa® Introductory Course. However, the participant may gift the Course to someone else. A full refund will be provided to the participant if for any reason, the 6 Week Course has to be cancelled.
Wayapa® Practitioner Diploma Course – live training
There is no refund once a participant has booked and paid for the Wayapa® Practitioner Diploma Course. However, the participant may gift participation in the Course to someone else. A full refund will be provided to the participant if for any reason, the Diploma Course has to be cancelled.
It is understood and agreed that to be awarded a Diploma in this Course, the participant must have completed the full training, successfully presented the Introduction to Wayapa® Workshop to the rest of the group and be deemed competent by Wayapa Wuurrk.
It is also understood and agreed that only those who have been awarded a Diploma will be granted a licence to use Wayapa Wuurrk’s Intellectual property including the logo.
To be licensed to use the Wayapa Wuurrk logo and branding, each graduate will be required to sign a licensing agreement that not only protects the integrity of Wayapa® but every Wayapa™ Practitioner’s investment. It is agreed and understood that to deliver a Wayapa Workshop, graduates must sign the licensing agreement.
